Processing transactions and maintaining records, in a variety of organizational settings, to meet the requirements of agency programs. Keeping records; retrieving and compiling information. Performing basic arithmetic calculations. Mail, supply, and inventory functions; some keyboarding and other document preparation tasks. Answering telephones; completing forms; answering questions or otherwise assisting customers. Creating or assisting in the preparation of reports, charts, graphs, and tables. Additional Comments Desired Competencies: Possesses effective keyboarding, grammatical, written, and proofreading skills. Performs tasks accurately and within specific time frames. Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills with staff, and with customers as necessary. Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
