Location: Ripon,WI, USA
Adecco is partnering with a local client in Ripon, Wisconsin to find a professional and courteous Office Assistant. .
**Pay:** $17-$18/hr (may consider increased pay for highly qualified candidates)
**Shift:** Mon-Fri 8am-4pm (can be flexible)
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Answer all incoming telephone calls and respond to customer emails regarding order status.
+ File invoices and orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
+ Set up truck lines for pickups and coordinate with production personnel on casting changes.
+ Enter data related to production and scrap, and generate purchase orders and quotes.
+ Label shipping boxes and oversee shipping schedules while maintaining purchase records.
+ Enhance product quality and ensure timely deliveries through vendor communication.
**Other Required Duties:**
+ Maintain a clean work area at the end of each shift, adhering to safety rules.
+ Perform additional office duties as assigned to support team operations.
**Physical Environment/Working Conditions:**
+ Engage in various physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
+ Communicate effectively through talking and hearing, and utilize reading and basic math skills.
+ Work in a casual yet fast-paced office environment, requiring attention to detail.
**Requirements:**
+ High school diploma required; supplemental education preferred.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and data entry.
+ Demonstrate a pleasant and professional phone demeanor.
+ Familiarity with various filing methods (alphabetical, numerical, etc.).
+ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
**Pay Details:** $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
