Our financial firm Secured Retirement in St. Louis Park, MN is looking for a strong Office Assistant/Client Concierge. This individual will be responsible for a variety of pertinent tasks, allowing the financial advisor to focus on the continued growth of the business. The ideal candidate will have superior administrative skills, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working directly with clients daily. A sharp phone presence and a love for building rapport with our prospects and clients is a must! Minimum Requirements:
  • 2+ years of administrative office experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Financial industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Advanced skills with MS Office Suite
  • CRM experience
This position requires that you possess the following skills:

Responsibilities:Contribute to the success of the office by exceeding client and regulatory expectations including but not limited to:
  • Provide the first impressions for prospects and clients
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
  • Maintain office supplies and outgoing correspondence
  • Assist clients with issues and concerns
  • Build and improve upon client relationships
  • Schedule appointments with clients and assist the Advisors with calendar management
  • Maintain office filing system, both paper and electronic database entry
  • Document notes from client conversations
  • Assist office admin general tasks
Hours
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00am-5:00pm
