**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OFFICE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)**

As an Office Assistant / Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the detail person! We cannot provide our clients with the very best in HVAC services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer service makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is good at coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.

You perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, maintaining detailed records, keeping customer accounts updated, drafting documents, and producing labels. But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it. You are proactive--seeing what needs to be done and doing it. Under your watch, the office is clean and organized. You enjoy your job as you are never bored and get great satisfaction out of keeping everything in order!

**QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OFFICE ASSISTANT / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 5 years of relevant experience

* Basic computer proficiency

* Excellent phone skills

* Data entry skills

* Familiarity with Tri-County geography

* Love for working with people

**WORK SCHEDULE**

This full-time administrative position typically works during **business hours** at our office but needs to be **available to participate in a rotating on-call schedule after hours and on weekends**.
