Meet and greet constituents coming into the office and direct them as to where or what to do. Answer a multi-line phone console and transfer calls to the correct people and departments. Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform daily clerical functions, including telephone and receptionist duties.
- Type correspondence, including but not limited to memorandums, letters, and incident/accident reports.
- May order and maintain essential supplies.
- Assist with procurement procedures.
- Establish and maintain files.
- May handle and process alarm activation paperwork, alarm registrations, and collect and file any related fees.
- Data entry.
- Receivers to pay purchase orders.
- Respond to public records requests.
- This position requires regular and reliable attendance and the employee's attendance and the employee's physical presence at the workplace
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- One (1) year clerical experience; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
