Responsibilities & Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

  • The Office Assistant provides clerical support to office, answering phones, filing, greeting customers, and preparing documents as assigned.
  • Perform reception and transcription duties as needed.
  • This individual manages office support functions; prioritizing and coordinating work assignments; reviews work for accuracy.
  • Coordinates, organizes, and implements inpatient/outpatient schedules.
  • Provides supervisory responsibilities to the medical office including orienting and training new personnel.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • 3 years clerical experience
  • Able to type 60 WPM
  • Intermediate computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Outpatient Therapy front desk experience preferred, but not required.
