Job Summary: This is an entry level position for someone who is an energetic professional and doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Main Purpose of Job: The Office Assistant will be responsible for answering phones and assisting oversee the administrative responsibilities that facilitate a smooth-running office. This position will interface with all levels of personnel including management, sales, plant supervisors, production employees, customers and vendors.
Requirements:. Answer incoming calls and emails
Maintain a safe and secure working environment
Input orders into ERP software - Sales orders, Pick up orders, Ticket counts
Print daily paperwork for deliveries
Check production employees time daily
Back up Payroll admin
Receive, open and distribute incoming mail
Process outgoing and interoffice mail
Perform filing, scanning and archiving documents as needed
Ensure all common areas are neatly cleaned and organized
Create stickers using silhouette printer
Additional duties as assigned
