A consumer products company in Florida is currently seeking a versatile and hardworking Administrative professional to join their staff as their new Office Assistant. Responsibilities: The Office Assistant will:
- Keep the office organized, clean and pantries stocked
- Order lunches for executives daily and team lunch weekly
- Greet guests upon entering
- Receive packages from FedEx and UPS
- Support the office with any clerical needs, when required
- File, scan, and answer phones in a professional manor
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an Administrative and/or Office Support role
- Bachelor's Degree
- Computer savvy
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient
- Solid problem solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
