Job Description:

We are seeking an Office Assistant in West Chester, PA! We're looking for a friendly, proactive employee to help keep our office running smoothly. If you're a multitasker with great communication skills and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you! Job Details for the Office Assistant:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Description for the Office Assistant:
  • Answer phones and schedule appointments
  • Answer customer's inquiries regarding services offered
  • Assist with accounts receivable
  • Respond to emails sent to a shared inbox
Job Requirements for the Office Assistant:
  • 3 or more years of relevant office experience
  • Experience using MS Office
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk
