Fox Motors has an Office Assistant opening in Grand Rapids, MI at Fox Audi Porsche. You would contribute to our overall vision, Working together moving people throughout life, by providing support to the office manager and dealership teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Office Assistant is a team player that compiles and maintains records of the business transactions and office activities of the dealership. As Office Assistant, you are responsible for preparing a variety of accounting statements and reports for the management team. - Receives, counts, and pays out cash.
- Handles special accounting projects as instructed by the office manager.
- Handles Title and Registration - financial contracts.
- Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
- Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account(s).
- Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
- Assists with administrative duties as requested.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft systems.
