Primary Responsibilities:
* You will facilitate administrative and customer service issues
* You will manage cash, income, and information flow
* You will ensure adherence to all company policies
* You will oversee the execution of gallery operations
* You will help lead exceptional sales and interior design team members
* You will present a professional appearance and personable attitude
* You will manage telephone responsibilities
* You will manage inventory and assist with merchandising the gallery
* You will meet the needs of our customers and company with sensitivity and emotional maturity

Position Requirements:
* Minimum one-year experience in an administrative position
* The duties of this job require a high degree of skill in maintaining established standards of quality and accuracy
* Good verbal and written communication
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
