Job Description:
Spherion is hiring an Office Assistant for an auto shop in Wichita Falls, TX. Candidates MUST have QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience to apply. The employee will start in an Assistant position, and then will be trained to be the Office Manager over the course of a year.Working schedule is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and pay is $16.00/hr.Responsibilities:- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely services.- Carry out all daily administrative/ clerical responsibilities and ensure paperwork is done accurately and timely- Data entry into Excel spreadsheets- Receive & order parts- Manage technicians and delegate responsibilities- Be willing to help in the shop when neededWorking hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Must be able to work in a very fast paced environmentAbility to multitaskWork well in a small team environmentEducation:High SchoolExperience:1-4 yearsQualifications:Must have experience using QuickBooks Must have Microsoft Excel knowledgeMust have administrative/ office experiencePlease register at www.spherion.com/apply.
