Responsibilities and Accountabilities: - Delivering services to customers, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
- Answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and providing updates on service status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
- Generating reports from Servicepro or Netsuite.
- Schedule and dispatch services effectively to meet customer needs and operational timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure resources are allocated efficiently and projects are completed on time.
- Provide case management support for complex service issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer follow-up.
Experience/Educational Requirements: - High school diploma
- Associate's degree in business, skilled trade, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or coordinator role, ideally within manufacturing and construction.
