Seeking an Office Assistant for a well-established company! Job duties include:
- Processing purchase orders
- Invoicing
- Shipping & Receiving paperwork in the computer system
- Inventory tracking
- Answering phones and emails
- Filing & general office duties
- Checking in trucks and drivers
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks at a time
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Punctual with good attendance
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is preferred
