Responsibilities Setting up video/audio and preparing conference for daily/weekly meetings Printing, copying, and scanning documents as needed for fundraising meetings in office Organizing and coordinating the scheduling and Outlook calendaring of meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements Booking hotel and travel as requested Office supply ordering and re-stocking as well as Fresh Direct ordering for kitchen Helping to coordinate with vendors at the direction of Bonnie Helping with preparing expense reports for Principals Preparing incoming and outgoing packages/mail Coordinating with IT team and building maintenance to resolve technical issues Providing general office assistance backing up others Need to know how to use: Concur, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office Suite Ad hoc other items as we look to organize/clean up the office a little bit as we make space for new employees
