  • Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-equipped workspace.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy access to documents.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for team meetings.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
