Job Description:
Monday - Friday during regular business hours. M-F 8 4:30 or 8:30 to 5:00.The summarized duties are as follows;
  • Basic office duties: answer phones, emails, and filing
  • Request employee access to certain applications through IT
  • Complete applications for employee Procurement Cards and Travels Cards
  • Process employee travel and educational reimbursements
  • E-mail Purchase Request to Purchasing Dept.
  • Complete attestations for payment processing
  • Process voucher reimbursements for Advance Checking Accts
  • Process Acct Payable Journal Vouchers and Report of Monies Vouchers
  • Submit Client Worker Payroll
  • Other related tasks as assigned
