In this fast-paced, high-energy role, you'll work alongside the Executive Assistant, managing day-to-day office tasks and special events-some of which may require flexibility beyond regular business hours. This position offers exposure to multiple departments, including the office, manufacturing plant, and warehouse, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed, ensuring no two days are ever the same! Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize activities and special projects; work with cross-functional departments to successfully execute plans and report quarterly to the Executive Committee
- Provide support to the Executive Assistant on larger corporate activities and special projects (i.e., All-In Week, quarterly leadership meetings, and client visits)
- Maintain event calendars, budgets, office seating charts, team rosters, and office supply inventory; report any office needs to appropriate associates or departments
- Provide daily support by answering phone calls and emails; direct inquiries to appropriate associates or departments
- Develop and distribute corporate emails for associate engagement and milestone activities
- Receive and distribute Frog Nominations through Surprise & Delight; maintain corporate file for nomination history
- Perform other tasks to support the Executive Assistant as needed
Position Requirements:
- Advanced computer skills; ability to use MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Technical ability to learn and use a variety of software programs, proficient calendar management skills
- Knowledge of project management processes to successfully organize and execute plans
- Communicates well with others; speaks and writes clearly; asks for and offers help when needed
- Interpersonal; resolves questions and concerns in a professional manner; maintains confidentiality
