No Duties and Responsibilities
* Assists in the daily operations and all related functions of the Campus Transportation office.
* Ensures that parking, shuttle, 8-Ride, and van rental operations run efficiently on both LSC and WTC.
* Responsible for following all established departmental procedures and policies.
* Investigates and resolves customer inquiries via telephone, email, in person, and fax.
* Processes customer payments for daily parking, permit, and ticket fees.
* Troubleshoots malfunctioning pay machine equipment
* Monitors functioning of all parking gates through the computerized gate and camera system, and maintains pay machine equipment.
* Leads operations for game day parking during staffed athletics events
* Assists with coordinating parking arrangements for outside groups and university departments.
* Handles both paper and electronic filing and maintains multiple databases.
* Assists with transportation services such as 8-Ride, shuttle, and van rentals.
* Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
High school diploma or equivalent and one year of related experience in an office setting.
Qualifications
* Must be able to accurately count and deposit cash.
* Flexible schedule and good communication skills.
* Basic math, reading, writing, and typing skills.
* Ability to work well independently.
