REQUIREMENTS

• Previous professional experience is a plus
• Ability to commute to Lodo, Denver
• Exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Front Desk responsibilities - Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and coordinating with vendors.
• Maintain candidate records and update profiles through each step of the process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Assist Recruiting team with onboarding and recruiting coordination
