Job Description:

The essential function of the position within the organization is to perform routine-to-moderately complex administrative, secretarial and clerical work in support of effective and efficient office operations, to provide professional and courteous customer service at all times, and to perform related duties as required. The position works under general supervision independently developing work methods and sequences.

This position shall be required to assist with emergency support functions in the event of a declared emergency and/or any other emergency duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Any equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. The Office Associate III position requires a High School Diploma or GED and one (1) year of college or vocational school education in office management, secretarial science, clerical studies or closely related field. Two years of related experience are also required. A valid Florida driver's license may be required.
