Location: Lincoln,NE, USA
As a Vet Diagnostic Center Office Associate, you will:
* Receive samples from clients and answer inquiries regarding lab services and refer to appropriate staff as necessary
* Complete data entry of client/clinic information and verify billing of tests performed
* Perform client outreach through newsletter generation, email notification and maintenance of NVDC website
* Perform general office duties, including assisting the Quality Assurance manager with various tasks as needed
Due to the nature of inquiries, experience with medical and/or veterinary terminology is preferred.
