Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Clerk to join our financial planning client in Huntington, NY. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents. Required Skills & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
