Job Title: Title SpecialistJob Description
Our Client is looking for a Title Specialist to join their team. Our Client sells lightly damaged, salvage, and clear-title vehicles, parts, cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and heavy equipment at auctions across the United States. The Title Specialist will be responsible for servicing the titles of vehicles that come in for an auction, as well as those being auctioned out.
Responsibilities
+ Service titles of vehicles for auction.
+ Handle data entry accurately.
+ Provide customer service to buyers over the phone, who may be located globally.
+ Communicate with insurance agents looking to sell vehicles.
+ Handle payments and ensure they are entered and tracked accurately.
+ Multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
The work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. No weekends are required unless volunteered. The office has cubicles, but this person would likely sit at an open concept desk. The office environment consists of about 8-10 employees, including a titling team, an accounting team, and a front desk customer service team. The manager often orders lunch for the team once a month. The office has a friendly atmosphere, with some employees having been there for 5+ years and the manager for over 10 years. The Title Specialist will get their own desk and computer.
