The Client

Our team is currently recruiting for the credit arm of an investment firm with investments across Europe and North America. Located in Midtown Manhattan, this is an established firm known for its positive company culture and driven group of individuals.

The Role

This is an exciting Office Coordinator Role for a driven junior candidate with a no task too small mentality and a desire to grow in their role. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to jumpstart their career who has an interest in an administrative position where they can add real value to their team.

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Stocking and inventory management
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Ad hoc office projects
  • Scheduling and maintaining calendars for executives

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, sociable, and proactive individual who is not afraid to ask questions.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Hungry to learn and willing to take on new projects
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work both autonomously and on a team

The Comp/Benefits

  • Paying $60-70k
  • Full time in office, 8am-5pm
