What can you expect?

As the Office Coordinator, you will work onsite in Anchorage, AK and will manage the various administration functions to ensure efficient and effective operations of the Anchorage office which houses multiple Brice 8(a) companies. Your personal initiative and critical thinking skills are essential to complete job duties with minimal guidance. Assignments are deadline driven so must be able to set priorities, take ownership of projects, work efficiently and provide a consistent level of high quality in a high-pressure environment.

How will you do it?

* Oversee day-to-day functions of the Anchorage office with 60+ employees and 40+ remote office employees

* Have an intimate knowledge of and administer company policies, as well as document and implement office procedures

* Point of Contact for any building or office issues including reserving conference rooms

* Manage and also back-up the Receptionist

* Manage all purchases for the Anchorage office including processing payments via vendor invoices or credit card purchases.

* Support company multi-location lease payment schedule

* Support employee cell phone reimbursement schedule

* Manage the Candidate Tracker for posted positions, including arranging interviews

* Assist Operation Support Manager with employee onboarding; IT requests, building access/office badges, business cards and first-day orientation

* Support office events including ordering lunches

* Assist with JBER base pass requests

* Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

* Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

* Diverse background in office management and operations support

* Intermediate to expert level of experience in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint programs.

* Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to multi-task and manage time.

* Ability to work in a team environment.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Must be flexible, adaptable, positive.

* Ability to work in an Alaska Native Corporation multi-business environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position supervises the Receptionist.

Who is Brice Environmental Services looking for?

Minimum Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED required.

* Five (5) to ten (10) years' experience in Office Management required.

* Experience in Accounting and HR required.

* Strong experience in MS Office Suite required.

* Valid driver's license and qualified to drive on company business.

* Ability to pass a drug test and background screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent preferred
