Job Description:
AtWork Personnel is seeking a Office Coordinator to join the internal team in Phoenix, AZ branch.Our Office Coordinator will be a vital part of our AtWork team to help office operations and build candidate relationships.Full timeMonday-Friday8am-5pmThe ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Strong office operations experience.
  • Coordinate agency candidates with the hiring managers
  • Source candidates through internal and external resources.
  • Onboarding of new hires
  • E-Verify Process
  • Background checks
  • Maintain quality job postings on all available job boards to ensure necessary candidate flow.
  • Sourcing of candidates for open orders.
  • Conduct reference checks, administer assessments, and background checks as required to ensure and uphold quality candidate screening requirements.
  • Work in tandem with recruiters as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Innovative, growth mindset with a get it done work ethic.
  • Ability to work extended hours as needed.
