Office Coordinator to join the internal team in Phoenix, AZ branch.Our
Office Coordinator will be a vital part of our AtWork team to help office operations and build candidate relationships.Full timeMonday-Friday8am-5pmThe ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Strong office operations experience.
- Coordinate agency candidates with the hiring managers
- Source candidates through internal and external resources.
- Onboarding of new hires
- E-Verify Process
- Background checks
- Maintain quality job postings on all available job boards to ensure necessary candidate flow.
- Sourcing of candidates for open orders.
- Conduct reference checks, administer assessments, and background checks as required to ensure and uphold quality candidate screening requirements.
- Work in tandem with recruiters as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Innovative, growth mindset with a get it done work ethic.
- Ability to work extended hours as needed.
