  • Performance of task as requested by the Executive Group
  • Handling travel arrangements and needs
  • Front Desk duties
  • Planning and organizing company events
  • Ordering lunches for various meetings and events
  • Maintaining all office supplies on an as needed basis
  • Assisting with onboarding
  • Assisting with recruiting needs
  • Acting as a liaison with associate services, including supporting benefits enrollment.
  • Other duties may include processing G&A accounts payable invoices, credit applications, ordering business cards, etc.
Office Coordinator Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • An Associate's Degree and/or at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
