This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of automotive repair processes. Job Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on vehicle repairs and parts. Maintain and organize records of vehicle services, parts inventory, and customer interactions. Assist in managing the shop s workflow, ensuring that repair orders are processed efficiently. Generate reports on service activity, inventory levels, and customer feedback. Coordinate communication between mechanics and customers, ensuring accurate information is relayed regarding services and timelines.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes. Basic Mechanic knowledge is a plus. Follow instructions carefully to ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely.Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and handle customer inquiries professionally. Ability to explain repairs and maintenance needs to customers clearly.
