Thank you for applying! The Office Manager will manage and support daily office operations. The manager will ensure that all maintenance, IT, copier, etc work orders are placed and executed. Will provide administrative support to Director, coordinator, and case managers as well as responsible for all incoming calls, mail, emails, and fax correspondence. Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business or related field preferred; High School Diploma or GED required
- At least two years' experience in an office environment
- Must have skills in all standard office equipment such as phones, fax, copiers, etc
- Must have skills in database management and data entry
- Must have familiarity with Federal grants and reporting requirements
- Must be proficient in Microsoft excel and word
- Must possess excellent writing and speaking abilities
- Must have the ability to work across disciplines with various funding sources and grant criteria
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
- Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
- Requires a high level of problem solving skills
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times
- Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
- Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
- Must have a valid driver's license - may be required to drive GSA or Nation vehicles
