Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Office Manager / Hiring Manager. This dual role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage office operations and the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying top talent and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Office Manager:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and well-organized workplace.
- Coordinate office activities, such as meetings, events, and employee gatherings.
- Address and resolve office-related issues, seeking solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist with general accounting tasks, such as creation of purchase orders, placing orders for goods, receipt of goods, invoice entry, and account reconciliations.
- Assist senior management with various administrative tasks, including coordinating travel arrangements, schedules, and appointments as needed.
Hiring Manager:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with management to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that effectively represent each role.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms, networking events, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and collaborate with management to negotiate offers and onboard selected candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a hiring manager, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role.
- Experience in office management and administrative support is desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
