Our primary focus is assisting clients in home and auto insurance and expanding outward from those two lines of business. This role involves efficiently addressing customer inquiries and concerns with promptness and professionalism, necessitating daily interactions with clients, insurance carriers, and colleagues. Moreover, it entails executing specific service and marketing initiatives. Goosehead Insurance is one of the largest and fastest growing, publicly traded personal lines insurance agencies in the US. Goosehead Coe Agency is a franchise of Goosehead Corporate located in Downtown Annapolis run by a husband and wife team, Tim and Clare Coe. Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to new and existing clients, including policy updates, providing quotes, payment processing, query resolution, and delivering requested documents.
- Manage incoming customer calls and correspondence related to both new and existing insurance policies.
- Schedule appointments or client calls, assisting producers in reviewing existing policies, assessing liability limits and exposures, identifying additional coverage requirements, evaluating replacement costs, rounding out accounts, and binding renewals.
- Address product or service issues by understanding the customer's concerns, identifying the root cause, proposing the optimal solution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, comments, and actions taken within the agency management system.
- Support new producers as the team expands, aiding them in acclimatizing to systems and commencing work at Goosehead.
- Manage occasional social media marketing efforts
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Must have a Property and Casualty insurance license as mandated by the state of Maryland and possess a minimum of two years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.
- Have knowledge of insurance products, rating procedures, underwriting processes, understanding of coverages offered in the home and auto insurance products
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach and exceptional telephone etiquette, complemented by strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Display good time management skills and have the ability to operate insurance systems encompassing agency management systems, rating tools, and navigation of carrier websites.
Benefits Pay: $50,000+ Commission (Full Time- No remote)
