Salary/Hourly Rate:$20/hr - $22/hr Position Overview:Our client is searching for a highly skilled and reliable Office Manager to oversee administrative duties within the organization. The office manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's offices and contributing to driving business growth and overall success. Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Design, implement, monitor, and maintain office operations and procedures.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
Qualifications of the Office Manager:
  • Proven experience as an Office manager, Front Desk Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education Requirements:
  • Associate's degree is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
