Job Description:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative team. The Office Manager works closely with the General Manager and other department managers to complete, with accuracy and efficiency, all tasks deemed necessary for the overall success of the business. Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards.
  • Interviewing and training new office employees.
  • Process employee new hire and termination paperwork.
  • Communication with managers and staff to resolve problems.
  • Backup receptionist with calls through a multi-line phone system.
  • Maintain phone, computer, and similar systems.
  • Prepare and process payroll on a semi-monthly and bi-weekly schedule.
  • Prepare and remit sales tax monthly.
  • Review monthly floorplan reconciliation.
  • Manage payoff statements, including the cancellation, and remittance of, after-market vehicle care products.
  • Process warranty registrations in a timely manner.
  • Finalize all major unit sales deals.
  • Input and reconcile monthly Garage Composite reports.
  • Reconcile and manage multiple credit cards and statements.
  • Oversee the completion and accuracy of multiple Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Regularly review and reconcile outstanding A/P and A/R, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Any other task deemed necessary for the overall success of the business. Abide by all dealership policies and procedures.
This is a 5-day, 40 hour per week position. Occasional nights and Saturdays will be required in relation to month-end. We have a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA, 401 (k) with match, STD and LTD, Life, AD&D, Critical Care. Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Have a current driver's license
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • Experience using a multi-line phone system
  • Previous management experience
  • Knowledge of Lightspeed EVO a plus
