What impact you will have We are looking for an experienced and energetic Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. As the Office Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of daily operations and help cultivate a positive and productive workplace. You'll play a key role in supporting the team, optimizing office processes, and ensuring the office is a well-oiled machine as we continue to scale . What you'll do
  • Office Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, facilities, and vendors to ensure a clean, functional, and efficient working environment.
  • Team Support: Serve as the point of contact for employees, providing support for their administrative needs (e.g., IT coordination, travel arrangements, scheduling).
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to optimize office operations, develop and implement new procedures, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute internal company events, such as team meetings, off-sites, and celebrations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful execution.
  • Culture Champion: Act as a culture ambassador by fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging work atmosphere. Lead initiatives to build employee engagement and uphold our company values.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, manage risk assessments, and ensure the office is a safe and welcoming environment for employees.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including equipment setup, workspace arrangements, onboarding packages and coordination with HR.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Monitor office-related budgets, track expenses, and provide regular reports to leadership. Ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • IT & Tech Liaison: Coordinate with IT teams or vendors to ensure that office technology, equipment, and systems are fully functional and up to date.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of office management experience, preferably in a scale-up or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office management tools, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Familiarity with basic budgeting and financial management.
  • Fully Bi-lingual in Spanish (highly desirable)
