  • At least a high school diploma. A college degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in office management.
  • Home Service experience is preferred.
  • Call Center experience is preferred.
  • Sales or Marketing experience is preferred.
  • Service Titan or similar software experience is preferred.
  • Ethical professionals with a clean criminal history.
  • Clear driving report and valid driver's license

  • Effectively train CSR's
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective personal time manager
  • Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and edit Excel spreadsheets quickly
  • Effectively interview & screen future applicants
  • Effectively build client and in-office partnerships
  • Openness to feedback
  • Comfortable with training office staff
  • General positive attitude with the spirit to serve others
