  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to all US-based staff.
  • Oversee office decor and aesthetics.
  • Manage general office operations, including coordinating with building management, setting up conference rooms, managing office supplies, restocking refreshments, handling mailing services, greeting guests and external professionals, and scheduling office maintenance and repairs, etc.
  • Identify and recommend cost-effective solutions for various office needs and challenges.
  • Manage local administrative expenses.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for staff.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to achieve common objectives and share best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring high levels of service.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned and identify opportunities for improving office processes and management.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in office management and administration, with a preference for start-up experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident, proactive problem-solver with strong integrity and professionalism in handling confidential situations.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Additional Information:
  • Must be eligible to work full-time in the U.S.
  • This is a full-time onsite role for five days a week in Santa Monica CA with flexible working arrangements.
Benefits:The base pay range for this position is $68,000 to $90,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate. Total compensation may include salary, company bonuses, sign-on bonuses, relocation package, and other benefits such as:
