Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing client in Louisville, Kentucky seeking an Office Manager for direct hire.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Help the team manage the flow of many moving parts by tracking projects and keeping the team on task to deliver work on time and inform leadership of statuses.
  • Populate new processes in the software, keep it updated, and build new processes improving efficiency
  • Assist internal or external IT teams with identifying, evaluating, selecting and implementing new technologies and training staff.
  • Ensure the overall strategic plan is being upheld, which includes a lot of tasks, contributors and deadlines. Help assign responsibilities for action items and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives by ensuring communications happen at the right time and to the right people. Gather feedback after the initial implementation, which helps with continuous improvement.
  • Growth into assisting with human resource activities such as onboarding and training of employees, coaching and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Two years of professional office management experience
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting and Finance or Business Administration preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Risk management skills to identify risks at the outset of a project and develop proper mitigation strategies
  • Have established skills in accuracy, organization, and working in a high-volume environment.
