Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Location: Roseville, CA

Pay Rate: $25.00-30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train office staff, ensuring they meet performance goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor and manage the office budget, including vendor contracts, purchasing, and tracking office expenses.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between departments, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Be the primary HR personnel onboard new employees, maintain records, payroll and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety regulations.
  • Plan and execute office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in office management
  • HR and payroll experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to solve problems and handle high-pressure situations
