As an Office Manager, you will be an extremely important planner, organizer, executor, & the go-to person for our Leadership Pack and all other Packs on a variety of projects and programs that we have in place. You will drive the company forward with an obsession around productivity, efficiency, communication, organization, & processes. On top of handling general office management tasks, you'll dig into projects ranging from process improvements to helping with party planning logistics. You'll manage the flow of the office, aid with policy and procedure implementation, aid in the onboarding of new pack members, lead customer success & lead & assist on various other projects. You will become the go to person executing on your own or helping other Pack members execute everything thrown our way. Its also important to know what this role is not, this is not a push papers , check boxes, or receptionist type Office Manager role. We are blessed with the opportunity to help the one of the two most innocent groups, pets. We take this very seriously and strive to do great work everyday to help them and the parents that care for them. You will need to be comfortable with structured chaos and flawlessly execute unplanned projects like you're simply taking your furbaby for a walk. You will anticipate needs, proactively crush potential bottlenecks, be a clear and concise communicator, organize unstructured information, deploy project management principles, and help serve as a go-to resource and problem solver for our Packs.At Pet Parents®, we are very collaborative, and our slogan is, Pet Parenting, Better™, this extends to our company as a whole, we are committed to constant improvement with ever-changing improvements and planning. The Office Manager must be comfortable with feedback from The Pack and improving processes. This role requires an uber-precise focus on organization, comfortability with project management and project management software, strong in critical thinking, multi-tasking, time management, a sense of urgency, communication (written and verbal), comfortability with stress & organized chaos, and problem-solving skills to help us move the needle on different projects.
