Client Overview: Our client is a dynamic and innovative company with a strong presence in the real estate industry, located at a prime location in New York City. The team values professionalism, efficiency, and a collaborative work environment. They are seeking a polished, professional, and highly experienced Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide top-notch support. Salary/Hourly Rate: $26 - $28/hr (depending on experience) Position Overview: The Office Manager will be positioned at the front reception desk and act as the first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors. The Office Manager role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment. Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
  • Greet and welcome employees, clients, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Manage and arrange conference room schedules on calendars
  • Set up and reset conference rooms as needed
  • Help plan and coordinate company events
  • Coordinate office services including cleaning, repairs, maintenance, and quality checks on food and beverages
  • Maintain inventory for office supplies and handle ticket requests to PMO
  • Perform various administrative tasks
  • Process badge requests, reactivations, and deactivations
  • Handle requests for business cards
  • Arrange internal event catering
Qualifications for the Office Manager:
  • Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in scheduling and coordinating meetings across calendars
  • Ability to act as a reliable liaison between executives and other stakeholders
  • Highly professional and polished presentation
Education Requirements:
  • Associates degree or higher is preferred
  • Relevant experience may be considered
