Responsibilities The Office Manager is responsible for general oversight of the administrative and daily operations of the office. The Office Manager is responsible for Responsibilities:
  • Interfaces with vendors, suppliers, courier services and the building property management company
  • Coordinate all visitors, guests and clients ensuring compliance with office and campus security requirements
  • Partner with Page Human Resources to assist in carrying out HR related duties specific to the onboarding of new staff
  • Take direct responsibility for business meeting planning and special event planning such as holiday and retirement parties
  • Manage front desk staff and coverage as needed
  • Oversee office supply procurement and organization of the supply areas, organization of all conference rooms (cleaned and stocked with supplies); and kitchens and kitchen supplies
  • Manage shipping and deliveries to and from the office
  • Provide occasional direct support to Page Albany senior leaders in matters requiring discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as an office manager or executive assistant
  • Ability to engage in light physical activity such as moving and lifting of boxes of supplies, light office furniture, etc.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking & organizational skills
  • Ability to be proactive and respond promptly to requests
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
Base Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skills and/or location) #LI-JK1
