At Western New York Pediatrics, we provide compassionate and high-quality care to pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients and their families. Our team of providers, nurses, and support staff work together to ensure every child receives the highest standard of medical care in a welcoming and friendly environment. Position Overview: We are seeking an Office Manager who is passionate about creating a positive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be an excellent multitasker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing the day-to-day operations of our busy pediatric office. This role requires a strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a genuine interest in supporting our mission of delivering high quality pediatric care. Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front office, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support front office staff. Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
- Patient Relations: Ensure exceptional patient experience by managing appointments, addressing concerns, and improving patient satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to medical office regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and order office supplies and medical equipment as needed. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage Office Purchases: Manage office credit card, purchases, and petty cash. Review and approve invoices and reimbursement requests.
Requirements Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare or pediatric setting. MEDENT experience required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. Associates degree required.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in office software.
- Attributes: High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year; based on experience and qualifications.
- Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays!
