Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager at Precision Elevator in Downey, CA. The Office Manager will be first point of contact with all callers, providing administrative management, accounting, handling customer service inquiries, service calls And State compliance. Manage (CRM) system. Support management and sales departments and oversee all administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • (CRM) customer relationship management system experience is a plus
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Management

  • Knowledge of Quick books required
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel
