Job Summary We are currently seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Noblesville, IN. In this role you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our office. Where is the work: This position has been designated as On-Site in Noblesville, IN.
SAFETY SENSITIVE: This role has been designated by the company as Safety Sensitive What you will do:
- Provide administrative support for leadership to include calendar management, meeting note-taking, distributing action items, preparing PowerPoint decks.
- Coordinate, support and set up for onsite meetings. Includes conference room management and ordering lunch
- Support space planning and office furniture moves.
- Supports company communications on Climate Zone App, and monitors
- Coordinate and plans events such as company blood drives, employee recognition, birthday celebrations, holiday celebrations and other special events. Includes reserving space, communicating, organizing food/drinks, set up and break down of meeting space and overseeing successful events.
- Contributes to our Corporate Citizenship initiatives by actively engaging in Purple Team and Inclusion Network efforts.
- Orders supplies as needed, including local pick up of office or meeting materials.
- Provide scheduling and other support to Customer Experience Center.
- Maintains and stocks conference rooms with beverages and snacks.
- Responsible for reconciling expenses on corporate card
What you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel)
- Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
- Demonstrates professionalism
- Proven experience prioritizing tasks and demonstrating sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, decision making, rational thinking, and exercising good judgement
- Bilingual a plus.
- Must be able to travel locally and possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
- DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Compensation: Base salary range of $45,000-$65,000 plus overtime eligibility. This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
