LHH is seeking an Office Manager for a CPA firm in Louisville, KY. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to support the smooth operation of our client's office while ensuring the successful coordination of projects across the firm. This role combines office management responsibilities with project coordination duties, making it ideal for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic and detail-oriented environment. Responsibilities • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance. • Serve as the main point of contact for office vendors, contractors, and service providers. • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and productive work environment. • Manage calendars for partners and staff, coordinating meetings and appointments. • Assist in planning and tracking client engagements, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met. • Coordinate internal and external communication related to projects, including client updates and progress reports. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. • Identify and address potential project risks or conflicts, escalating issues as needed. • Act as a liaison between clients and the firm, ensuring high-quality service delivery. • Organize client onboarding processes, gathering necessary documentation and information. • Respond to client inquiries promptly, maintaining strong relationships and trust. • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership. • Assist with tax season logistics, including scheduling, document organization, and workflow management. • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
