- The Office Manager has limited responsibilities for the day-to-day management of the Firm's business operations and reports to the Firm owner
- Manages the day-to-day business functions of the Firm in accordance with the Firm's policies and procedures and obtains approval from the owner for mid-level and higher business functions
- Assist with basic HR duties, marketing strategies, other duties as needed
Education, Experience & Skills
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Prior supervisory experience and experience working in an office, preferably a law firm
- Strong technology fluency with platforms, databases, Microsoft Suite, and best practices for cyber security
- Adept multitasker who brings just the right degree of strategic flexibility to a fast-paced environment
