DescriptionSummary: Acts as a key contributor to the development of the practice and as a valuable asset to the success and profitability of the practice. Detects, diagnoses, and solves organizational problems. Responsible for revenue management, business administration, employee organization, and the daily operation and general management of the practice by performing the following duties. Schedule:Monday: 10:30am to 6pmTuesday: 8am to 5pmWednesday: 8am to 5pmThursday: 7am to 2pmFriday: 8am to 1:30pmCompensation: $27 to $30 per hour depending on experience Dental experience preferred Essential Tasks include the following but are not limited to:
Ensure the practice's activities run smoothly included but not limited to adequate staffing, managing personnel, payroll, monitoring patient care, computer systems, accounts receivable, accounts payable, supply functions. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering all clinical and non-clinical policies and processes relating to the dental practice, successfully meeting its objectives. Monitors and focuses on practice goals, including but not limited to accounts receivable and payable, patient flow and production goals. Ensures Straine Management System is being followed, including team huddles and weekly team meetings, collecting and reviewing that all Action Plans are completed by team members in attendance. Implement new and improved directives for company growth. Monitor and review fees are posted accurately and updated annually. Non-Essential Tasks include the following but are not limited to:
Assists the office staff with answering telephones, making appointments, and clinical/lab duties as needed. Assists with legal and financial issues that pertain to and affect the practice and Doctor's. Other duties assigned by management. Supervisory Tasks
Monitors the duties assigned to practice personnel to ensure that employees are performing duties in a manner designed to maintain a high level of patient care and job efficiency. Develop and maintain an effective practice through the selection, training, termination, review, and motivation of all staff. Conducts periodic performance appraisals. Administers on-the-job training programs for new and current employees as required. Coordinates continuing education for clinical personnel. Provide guidance and direction to all staff for professional development and to insure adherence to all company policies.
