POSITION: Office Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
* A minimum of an Associates degree from an accredited institution. Bachelor's preferred.
* Five years of experience in office administration.
* Familiar with the use of computer applications with proficiency in word/document processing, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and database software.
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
* Working knowledge of office procedures and the ability to operate or be trained to operate a wide array of office machines and equipment.
* Fluency in English and Spanish required.
* Strong customer service and public relations skills.
* Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
* Time management, organizational and prioritization skills.
* Supervisory and office management skills preferred.
* Knowledge of District and school policies and procedures preferred.
* Accounting and bookkeeping skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job.
