RESPONSIBILITIES

* Enter accounting related information into the general ledger

* Inspect accounting records and schedules for efficiency and accuracy

* Organize and update financial records

* Perform various monthly reconciliations

* Assist in preparing documentation for external auditors

* Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.

* Maintains a professional appearance.

* Keeps work area neat and clean.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience as an Office Manager in a dealership

* Proven track record

* Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results

* Available to work flexible hours.

* Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to management and sales personnel.

* Team-oriented

* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.

* Professional personal appearance

* Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
